click on the "Advanced" button to check. Click to select "Override
automatic cookie handling" and "Always allow session cookies"
Mozilla Firefox 1.0 All Operating Systems:
Click on "Tools" on the menu bar and select "Options".
In the "Options" window select the “Privacy” Icon on the left.
Click on the + sign next to "Cookies" to expand that option.
Select "Allow Sites to Set Cookies".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 On a PC:

The default selection, "Medium", supports cookies, but you can click on the "Custom Level" button to
check. Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the radio button next to "Enable"
is selected in both options.

How do I delete cookies stored on my machine?
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0:
Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "General" tab.
Under the heading Temporary Internet Files, click on the button labeled "Delete Cookies"
Please close all browser windows and reopen Internet Explorer before attempting to login.
All other browsers:
If you would rather not delete all of your cookies, please follow the below instructions:
Find a cookie that has your computer's name (for example, your first initial and last name) followed by "@shaivistudios". An example of this would be jdoe@shaivistudios.
Delete this cookie only.
Please close all browser windows and reopen Internet Explorer before attempting to login.
